I have lived at Sunriver Apts. now for over 20 years,they are like family to me I have never seen a bug of any sorts in my apt. they have an extermator come out monthly as requested to help provent this from happening. When there is something that needs to be fix be it small or large you can say it will be done right away.The people who manage the apts.are great always make you feelwelcomed any time you need to see them. The years I have lived here are wonderful. If I had to do this over again I would NOT change anything. I love my Apartment.!

I have lived here in Sunriver Apts for over 20 years, yes there has been many changes, but like everything you can't please everyone. I'm very happy here and I just love my apt. no bugs, no roaches, nothing why because they have some prof. company come each month to spray. I have to move back to San Diego in July I wish I could just pick up my apt. and move. I think I have the best apt. it faces the sunsets. Yje crew here is great, if anything needs to be fixed you call and before you come back home its been fixed. I love the crew they are like a family to me,they know everyones name, they are always doing things for us...parties, catered parties its just a great place to live at. I'm really going to miss everyone! This is a great place to live at!..would I have stayed over 20 years if it was bad here....NOT!!

A couple months ago, the company switched their management and staff. TERRIBLE customer service! They go after you and violate your tenant rights, yet crime has increased since the switch as they let anyone in the apartment complex. Now, all breeds are here, primarily pit bulls. Nobody takes care of the loose dogs running everywhere.
