I don't think these folks know what they do for a living. When a client - me - says there is a problem with their C.P.A.P., which means that client - me - will be unable to sleep, the secretary's answer should NEVER be a flip, "we will have a solution for you in 5 to 7 working days." This is atrocious, callous, and unconscionable health care.

I gave these people , hand delivered , my sleep study, RX, DRs office #. 27 that is twenty seven days to call my insurance provider. On the day of my supposed appointment they called me and said they had noi information for me. When i asked for a manager they said none was in. When I did get to talk to some one she was rude and gave the stupidest lame excuse then hung up on me. You folks will reap what you sow one day. Aparently they don't need the business or upper mgt is not aware of their terrible employees. Don't deservew a star

These people will lie to your face about replacement schedules. In the office they tell you they have you signed up for automatic replacement. When nothing arrives, they claim they do not have automatic replacement but they can order your supplies. Then those supplies never show up and you are forced to purchase your own through an online supplier not covered by your insurance!
