no business cards, no preprinted invoices, no uniform, name tag or name plate on service truck. Unprofessional and over charged for a simple coil cleaning. Felt like I was being scammed.

I had a similar situation today as the previous poster. My landlord said they would call me about my appointment yesterday. I finally called at 4pm and they said I had an appointment at noon today. I stayed home from work today in my hot house. By 1:30 no one had shown up. I called and I am not sure who I spoke to but everytime I have spoken to him he has made me feel like I am bothering him. He said "oh we have you rescheduled for tomorrow at 9am". I said "I have been sitting here all morning waiting couldn't you have called to tell me you had changed my appointment?" He said "well we get backed up sometimes". Fine, I get that, but have some common courtesy. I stayed home for work today and would have had to stay home from work tomorrow. Not to mention it is very uncomfortable in here. I called my landlord, gave her the feedback and they are sending someone else this afternoon. She also said they won't be getting her business anymore. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I have had two consecutive appointments with Sam's and no one showed up for either of them. When I called the first time, the man I spoke with said that their truck was down and needed repair and, "I guess I should call people to reschedule." The second time, I got an answering machine, which told me my call would be returned between 9 and 2:30 (it was 3 when I called). I am very displeased.
