We also have Park Model rental units available on a monthly basis. I lived there for ten tears. The activities are good and well done However, it is family owned and the owner would not fix the only street light on my side of the street after asking several times and even writing him. He said that it was electrical and it was quote on his list. Last summer it was dark at night on my street and there were rattlesnakes and rodents. He only does what will make money for himself. The family that owned it had lots problems and they were constantly firing their help. I would not recommend this park to others.
