Worst possible customer service I have ever encountered. When asked for a written estimate and receipt for deposit left for machine work Roy at Power plus responded with a very unprofessional and condescending remark. Wrenching on my own vehicles and motorcycles has and will continue to be a passion of mine. I will however take my never ending business elsewhere. PP gets one star for being open on a Saturday.

Probably one of the worst experiences as far as ethics you can find in the Tucson area. I have a very good friend who recently had work performed there and it was neither fast, efficient, or affordable. He was billed for nearly 40 hours for a motor rebuild not including parts. This put the price of a .020 over evo motor at more than a brand new 107-110 c.i. Judging from the parts list, it is top shelf components used, however also at retail prices to gouge the customer even more. I have had numerous motors built in the past by commendable shops, and there is no conceivable way that an "honest" $2600 in labor can be accrued during a rebuild. If you are looking for your old parts back at the price of new, Power Plus is definitely the place to shop.
