Located in Tucson, Ariz., Pima Medical Institute offers associate degrees and certificate programs in a wide variety of training programs in medical field. It offers associate degrees in respiratory and physical therapies, veterinary medicine, nursing, radiography and ophthalmic medical. It offers certificate programs in dental assistance, massage therapy, medical assistance, pharmacy, phlebotomy, nursing assistance, and health unit coordination. Pima Medical Institute offers its educational programs in various states, such as Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Washington. It is accredited by the Bureau of Health Education Schools. The institute was founded in 1972, and also offers financial aid and job placement services.
