Sad too hear that the red headed girl is no longer there she did so well with my dog and was so nice, she was spunky.

My dog has been groomed at this store on several occasions. Mostly they have done very well. Some of the groomers seem a bit lazy and some seem a bit afraid of the dogs. They do not have a very nice work place. It is crowded and not cool enough. The staff does spend a lot of time chatting and I guess that is ok as long as they are being nice to the animals. Most of the time the groomer does a pretty good job though often my dogs face is trimmed unevenly...maybe she wiggles or something? I would like the place to be less crowded, cleaner, cooler and more professional.

The store is wonderful put the grooming salon is not. I took mi 4month old puppy to their salon to get the puppy package and was very disappointed. Since it was her first time i stayed there i saw many disturbing things the first thing that really made me mad was that my puppy fell from the table and she was hanging from the nack with that leash they put on her and she was chocking. The other thing was that the day after taking my baby to their place, she got an ear infection from whatever they put to clean her ears or they might of hurten her. I was really exteremly upset with there service and i will never again take her their. I exteremly do not recomend that grooming salon. The gir that attended me seemed as if she did not even know what she was doing.
