Saved me tons of money and very friendly customer service!

This is, by far, the worst place I have ever been to. The staff was not only unprofessional but also seemed completely untrained. A job that was supposed to have taken a few hours ended up taking 24 hours. One of the "managers" even advised me not to take the word of one his employees. I not only will never return to Pep Boys but I also take every opportunity to help others stay away. One star is way too high.

Do Not trust these mechanics. I took my vehicle to them and they told me I needed repairs to the amount of $4560. I took the truck for a second opinion at a dealer, and the dealer assured that there is nothing at all wrong with the vehicle. A third mechanic also assured me the truck has no problems. Pep Boys tried to charge me almost $5000 for a repair that they made up! Avoid at all costs, and always get a second opinion.
