Called for a quote to pump septic tank and it was $345.00. It was a little more expensive than the other companies but I have seen their trucks all over town. I decided to go with them. The technician arrived and told me he could not pump through the cleanout. I was a little weary about this because the company prior had pumped through that port. So then I was explained it would be 60an hour for labor. I called the office to ask about this. They told me let him dig it up so we could see why it needed to be pumped that way and if i was unhappy I wouldn't have to pay labor. Once the system was exposed I was shown all the solids in my tank, so hard he had to use a digging bar to break it up! So the previous company just pumped water out last time with a really small hose. I was very pleased with their work and made me much more knowledgeable about the system. The total bill was $395.00 with the online coupon they had on their site. Excellent company.

Old Pueblo Septic has provided outstanding service for our septic system. They have always been courteous and professional. We had them replace our leach field 10 years ago and have used their pumping service ever since. We highly recommend them to anyone who has a septic system.

I have used 3 other septic companies and Old Pueblo Septic was the best by far. They were very professional in scheduling the job and the service technician, Justin, was very courteous and professional. My septic system is located in my backyard under grass, after the septic was dug up and pumped Justin back filled the dirt and placed the grass back just as it was before they started. I will now only use Old Pueblo Septic!
