I absolutely am warning you to the extent possible to not do business with this group. Hearing Aids cost me almost $3000. which I took from my 401K because I needed my hearing improved desperately and these guys made promises to guarantee, provide follow up care forever! I couldn't even get a return call after many phone calls. I made a follow up visit within first months of having new hearing aids because the remote was not working.I have never received a replacement because they said I didn't give it to them-after they took it from me at that appointment!.They said they have no record of receiving the broken one! I placed it in the techs hand! These are techs and do not have any medical training or audiology training. They did not even give me a hearing test. I ended up paying more by going to a reputable hearing center. Fast talkers and promise improvements and in my case a miracle. Beware.One star because that's the lowest rating.
