NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!!We had the certificate that said $10.00 the meal as long as it was over $20. & that 18% gratuity would be added, okthere was 9 in our party & we were the only ones with a certificate & there was 3 on our ticket. The food was great & the young man that waited on us was excellent. But when we tried to check out 11-12:30, on 12-19-11), the cashier was on the phone & wouldn't even lay it down to wait on us was talking , there was about 9 of us in line to check out. I told her which ticket was ours & we had the $10 certificate, she said I owed her $27 & I told her that had to be wrong, she got very upset because I said I didn't think that was correct. When we got the ticket for the meal the 18% wasn't there so we left more than 20% on the table.Here is what we had a #5 = 8.65, a #7 = 9.65 and a Childs meal at 4.99 which = $23.29 and if you add the 18% it would be $27.48 and that is what she CHARGED US, I told her she didn't take the 10% off, she was rude.

Finally a real mexican food place. The beans and rice are authentic. All the food is same. the pricing is just as good. Thank you Little Mexico Restaurant.

WE HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD!!! THE WAITRESSES ARE SO RUDE! I WAS AT THE BAR ORDERING A DRINK AND THE LADY TOLD THIS BOY WHO WAS ASKING FOR A SODA " YOU STUPID KID" BECAUSE HE WANTED A DIFFERENT KIND OF SODA. YOU TRY AND ASK THEM FOR EXTRA SODA OR A NAPKIN AND THEY GET VERY RUDE. IF THEY DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH GUES THEN DONT WORK THERE BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE REALLY IS BAD. THIS IS THE ONE OF VALENCIA AND CARDINAL. SO IF YOU WANT TO BE TREAT THAT WAY GETTING SNAPPED AT JUST FOR ASKING FOR AN EXTRA NAPKIN THATS THE PLACE TO GO. AND I HAVE FRIENDS WHO HAVE HAD SIMILAR INCIDENTS WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE! MANAGEMENT SHOULD HIRE FRIENDLY WAITRESSES! I WILL NOT GO THERE ANYORE NOR WILL MY COWORKERS OR FIRENDS.
