I have purchased 2 mother of groom dresses, 2 madrina dresses and a couple of formal dresses and have always been happy with my purchases, alterations and price. Katrina has always been every helpful. I seen her deal with others and they seem happy too. I recommend her all the time

The amazing thing I see from all the negative reviews is "THE BRIDE" was unhappy. My question was, was she being "BRIDEZILLA" or was mommy wanting the dress for free. When brides and mothers have something in their minds nothing can fix it, no matter how much you try.

My family has used Katrina's for FOUR, repeat FOUR different weddings and could not be happier. There were 2 occasions that tuxes had to be sent to other locations and these details were taken care of very professionally and all arrived in plenty of time.

Gross store, shabby merchandise, rude and incompetent staff, apparent daycare facility? I'll never go back. They ruined EVERYTHING for my special day and left me looking for alternatives at the very VERY last minute.

This place is horrible. They are RUDE and unreliable. They do not have products ready when you order them, and then swear at you and refuse to refund your money, but only after they insult you and your family. They also have a naked kid running around the dark and disheveled store. It's weird and unprofessional on every level possible. What a poor example for Tucson Businesses. Shame on you Katrina's Bridal!

I'm so happy I went to Katrina's! My mom, sister and I stopped by without an appt and Katrina was able to squeeze me in before her other appts. She was so patient and I never felt rushed. She asked me about my wedding and definitely showed she cared. I found a dress that I loved but was out of my budget. She went out of her way and grabbed 2 more dresses for me to try on and the second one was perfect!! She knew my style and what I wanted and found my perfect dress! I'm very grateful she was there to help me.

My experience at Katrinas was horrible. The owner treated me very rudely. She should not be in this business. Whether its trying on a bridal, first communion, baptism or prom dress your experience should be a good one. She certainly made my visit an unpleasant one.
