Reviews
These people are crooks. First off, they tried to sell me tires when the tires on my car were recalled for being unsafe ( they had all split down the sidewall and it is a miracle I wasn't in a wreck.) The best part is they were a brand of tires that only Firestone sells. After I told them that I could get them cheaper somewhere else, the criminal in charge came back with some nonsense about talking to his supervisor who said they would replace all the tires for free, which is what they are supposed to do in the first place. Secondly, the car had an oil leak, which they told me was from the oil valve pressure switch solenoid gasket. They replaced it the next day and changed the tires. When I went to pay for the work done, the criminal in charge ( who's name I can't remember, but I'm sure they are all the same ) tells me that my rack and pinion is leaking. Mind you this is the next day and they didn't tell me this the day before. Smelling a rat, I left only to find that my car was still leaking oil from the same exact place I had already paid them to fix. After bringing it back, they offered to inspect the car for "free" and find where the leak was coming from, and, guess what, the same exact place, but, now, they are trying to say it is the oil pressure valve switch, which I had just replaced prior to coming to this money pit of vipers. I asked them if they could just put a gasket on the part since I had just replaced to which the new criminal in charge said, "These parts don't have gaskets and it NEEDS to be replaced." The interesting part is they didn't say anything about the leaking rack and pinion, so, after knowing these shining stars of society were nothing more than liars and thieves and where the leak was coming from, I went to my brother in law's who had a two cent gasket which fit perfectly underneath the switch. Now, my car doesn't leak a drop... the only reasons I went to this store in the first place was because of its amazing review on Google, but my experience has proved otherwise, so either people are extremely naive or they have been manipulating the rating scale. Just think, with the $1600 rack and pinion job and the $160 oil pressure switch job, that is $1760 they tried to get me for. Good thing I put mechanics on a pedestal.... right next to lawyers and politicians.
