El Parador is one the most famous restaurants in Tucson, Ariz. It offers Mexican-style dishes and hosts group events of up to 300 guests. The restaurant also provides a range of catering services. Its dinner menu includes quesadillas, grilled Angus beef, charbroiled filet mignon, saut ed prawns, fish tacos, chicken flautas, cheese enchiladas, pork sirloin and ice cream. Founded in 1946, El Parador specializes in hosting rehearsal dinners. It also provides microphones and projection screens for business meetings and seminars. The restaurant s fireplace room is suited for corporate events. Its wedding packages include a selection of silk ferns, brass candelabras and color-coordinated linens. My friend and I went to El Parador for lunch early in January of 2011. She had a lunch chimichanga and I had a lunch taco salad, and we were both happy with our food. The most striking thing about this restaurant is the restaurant itself. Artificial and real plants everywhere, it reminded me of a restaurant in Juarez, Mexico. The atmosphere was relaxing, cool, and quiet. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the service was a bit slow. I WILL go back again.
