While President of an HOA Wendy attended one of our HOA Board meetings to inform us of our options and procedures to resolve common HOA problems. We found her to be very knowledgeable and her presentation was excellent and very impressive.Since then I have contacted Wendy several times concerning HOA problems with homeowners and she has always been very responsive,polite and informative. I definitely do not agree with the cretin who left the Feb 12,08 review.

hey to the dude on the bottoom your talking about my step mom. shes great to talk to and has alot of advice. she always does her best to help her clients and is very involved in her work to help her cilents... i should know, shes family

I have the opposite impression of the previous review. I found her knowledgeable, open to feedback and discussion and very pleasant to work with. She is handling some very complicated bylaw issues for a large non-profit and shows broad knowledge of the subject and an ability to keep it simple.

Does not listen to client. Not easy to work with. Look further.
