- **Pool Care - We Work, You Play!** Our high quality service consists of the following: Our Pool Technicians will come out on a weekly basis. They will brush and vacuum as needed, test and adjust the water chemistry, empty the pump and skimmer baskets and backwash and/or clean the cartridges as needed. The Pool Technicians will also keep the customer informed of any problems they observe with the customer's pool and/or spa. They are trained in preventative maintenance with the pool/spa equipment, such as checking o-rings and lubing, as needed. They also check for leaks on the equipment and also plumbing. The Service Department also has Field Supervisors that periodically check on all Pool Technicians and the work they are performing. Our goal is to maintain the highest standards for all of our customers. We are your Tucson pool care specialists. **Retail Store** Come into our store for anything you need to care for your pool. The listed phone number (520-322-6427) is incorrect. It should be 520-325-6427
We are a senior community. Called on them for help. There service desk never kept us informed. They sent out a "Pool" cleaner, who after looking at our pool, told us how lousy our staff was and what a bad community it was. He stormed out, told us to get supplies elswhere. Called service desk, very indifferent. After requesting a second time, we learned at close of business they would not send someone out for a week. Again the service desk said she was too busy to call and let us know. Our pools are something our seniors depend on for their health.
