Dr. Ross did my first full set of dentures when I lived in Tucson back in 2000. They (and he) were fabulous and trouble free for many years. I moved away to Boise Idaho for employment reasons. I had damaged the originals and had them repaired but weren't really right. I called Dr. Ross and inquired about coming to Tucson to get new dentures fitted and made. He replied that if I could dedicate a full 7 or 8 day visit that we could get it done. Boy, was I ever happy to hear that. I quickly made all the arrangements to get there so that we could get started. Dr. Ross saw me daily, multiple visits some days, and what a gloious experience. Such a caring and artistic pro! I even saw him for minor adjustments on the weekend. It was like having my very own private, custom denture specialist. Nobody ever made me feel so special.Quality, caring, knowledge, and satisfaction. He has such pride in his work and your comfort, as well as appearance. I have had many compliments. Great job! I went to Dr. Ross and proved to be a difficult case for him to say the least. Never did Dr. Ross ever give up on me. He just stuck with me trying one thing after another until my issue was resolved. He is a very kind and caring man who is highly experienced both in his line of work and in dealing with patients in pain or patients who have exchausted all other options. I praise his work and wouldn't consider going to anyone else...ever!

I went to Dr Ross a few years back, only because he was so close, and was able to see me on short notice. I was in some pain, and needed "immediate" dentures. It was a pleasant surprise to find a genuinely good and honest person! No pressure, no judging, and no pain! His assistant was very sweet and charming. She went out of her way to get information to assist me with my insurance, although they do not deal with (my?) insurance directly. I went back to work and bragged abut the great dentist I found, and discovered one of my co-workers had gone to him 20 years earlier, and had the same praise for his work, and for his good heart. I cannot say enough about the quality of his work. I just wish I could afford the somewhat high price of the permanent dentures he provides -- they are a little out of my budget, but they are beautiful!
