Community Outreach Program for the Deaf, also known as COPD, is one of the leading, nonprofit providers of interpreting solutions in Tucson in Arizona. Established in 1973, it maintains a client services department and conducts individual, family, substance abuse, adult education and parenting counseling classes. The organization offers stress management solutions, as well as serves individuals with depression and anxiety.
