Quite a few years ago we had wrought iron doors installed by a different company. Later, we went to the Home Show and met the owner of Chavez Wrought Iron. We were so impressed with him and his wrought iron door displays that we regretted going with the other company. We recently decided to replace these wrought iron doors and gate. This time we went to Chavez Wrought Iron, and we are so happy that we did. We were impressed with the doors on display, the workmanship, and friendliness of the Chavez family. This family showed time and again their desire to do a good job. With Fred Chavez's assistance, we selected the doors and gate color, and design. The doors and gate were installed this week. We are totally satisfied with the workmanship, installation, and most of all, Fred's efforts to insure everything was done just so!. We went with Chavez on a recommendation from our next door neighbor. They came out in a timely fashion and have installed 2 security doors and a window system. We have been completely satisfied and happy with their excellent quality workmanship and professional manner. The slab for our condo keeps shifting... definitely not their problem. Yet Chavez comes out to readjust the doors each time for absolutely NO CHARGE! One does not find this kind of quality customer service with many other businesses. We HIGHLY recommend Chavez to all of our friends and neighbors.
