Catalina In-Home Services is a 25 year-old private-duty adult home care company providing nursing coordinated personal care and supportive services. Its senior services include personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation and companionship. It provides private-duty adult care where the client resides, including home, adult care home, nursing home and hospital. Its care management service provides nursing coordination of care for seniors who do not need help in their homes at this time, have private and family caregivers and not have family present to coordinate care. It monitors chronic conditions to minimize complications and establishes a long-term plan of care addressing physical, emotional, social, financial and legal needs.
