If I could give this company a NEGATIVE FIVE STARS I would. They have been absolutely terrible! They sent my 87 year old mother home with a defective wheelchair. I have been dealing with this for two whole days and have requested a new one ASAP as the one she's dealing with is dangerous. I have been ignored, no return phone calls, snippy office staff. JUST HORRIBLE!!!!!

A star is not deserved. I have submitted many requests thru the receptionist and I was treated with disrespect. She would not accept my request and argued with me for no merited reason. I mailed my memory card about a month ago . And have not had it returned. I also called sleep central who , I believe made the same request, all to no avail. Would someone please instruct this lady on customer service ? On a good note the manager was very expedient on providing me with the much needed c pap machine. Thank you for that.
