Called and asked for help to file an appeal with a Social Security decision. The person who answered the phone was rude and acted like she had no time to even refer me to anyone who would help. I assured her I was capable of paying a large retainer immediatly and was still shunned and sent to "Legal Aid". When I asked her "Isn't that service for folks that can't pay for an attorney?", she once again cut me off, said something rather nasty and hung up the phone on me. Be advised; If you don't want to file a SS Disability claim from the scratch, don't bother calling this attorney's office and have to deal with the attitude.
