this "doctor" seemed like she was forced to deal with her patients. Her negative and condescending tone drived me to never come back. If you ever go, please dont be shy to say something or even write a survey for her.

I was looking up this phone number to give to a friend after my great care from this doctor and saw the review title "rude etc" Well I had an appointment with Dr. Aung directly after the individual the wrote this review and it reflects their attitude "self-absorbed the world revolves around me". First they were late and then rude and verbally abusive to anyone they came in contact with particularly the staff and doctor attempting to help them. They caused a great delay for the other patients waiting for their appointments and did not understand their insurance rules and took it out on the staff and doctor with threats that almost caused me to call the police. In the end, the doctor came out and apologized for the situation and delays and chalked it up to them having a bad day. One disappointing aspect was that this individual was in the military service and presented a very poor representation of our men and women in service. So in my opinion take their review with a grain of salt

Zero!! Do you feel the need to be verbally abused and demeaned? Be sure to make a visit to this unpleasant "doctor". Her staff had rescheduled my appointment and then had no record of the appointment when I showed up. They agreed to see me even though they were "triple booked". After waiting 30 minutes for my appt she finally came in and was very cold and condescending as I explained the problem. She was obviously annoyed that I had just showed up and expected to be seen when I had "missed" my appointment 2 weeks earlier! I explained in detail that her staff had rescheduled me and the error was theirs. A few minutes of her terrible attitude followed (including her insisting that I needed referrals that I had provided 1 1/2 months earlier) and I finally said "I'm done here." and went to the front desk to leave. I asked to be deleted as a patient there (they didn't know how) and get back the papers I had signed that day. They refused until I wouldn't leave w/o them.
