i was thinking about becoming a yoga teacher and i am glad that i found Arizona Power Yoga. I plan to attend their program in January i am so excited to start this amazing process and transformation into a yoga teacher! Would highly recommend this studio!

I went to the 6pm class tonight and took class with Joseph. It was so nice to focus on my breath and not think for 90 min! I left there feeling so light i just had to share my experience. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone!

Wow! I never thought a yoga class would be such a great workout, but after I took Joseph's class last tuesday night, I felt sooooo good, I am hooked! Honestly, I had some fear going in, especially considering "power yoga", but it was such a great experience overall. The people there were really encouraging as I am a novice, but everyone made me feel welcome! Highly recommended! Steve

Arizona Power Yoga has the best workshops in Tucson! The Classes are great and the 40 Days to Personal Revolution Program is outstanding! Joseph and Chelsea are remarkable!

This is the best yoga studio i have ever been to! The people are friendly and Joseph Lauricella is the best teacher i have ever met! I have been to many studios all over and I would say this is the only studio to go to in Tucson there is just no comparison!!!
