HORRIBLE!!!! Worst place i have ever lived. The Staff is rude and inconcederate, Matinence is lazy. I lived there for a year and was absolutly miserable the whole time!! Never consider this for a place to live

Hate these apartments....The noise level is crazy...You can hear everything being said in the next aprtmapartment...They slam the doors and carry on into the night...Run and go somewhere else

HSL Properties are the way to go if residing in an apartment community in Tucson. I've lived at 3 different HSL Properties, and I've never been upset with the service. As of right now, I've made my way up to the creme-of-the-crop....THE ARBO. Highly recommended.

I've lived at the Arboretum a little over a year now, and I can't see myself living anywhere else. The maintenance to so responsive, and fix everything right THE FIRST TIME! The staff is excellent, and customer service is their specialty. Seeing that the Arboretum is owned and operated by HSL Properties, the pride in their workmanship shines each day. The grounds are well kept, the gated community feature detours negative activity, and the views are breathtaking. I highly recommend the Arboretum as your new place to call home!!!

The Arboretum is an AMAZING place to live, with the best views in town (without a doubt!). The grounds are always kept nice & neat, and the staff is attentive and responsive. For the prices of Arboretum's rent and the location, you can't beat it!! I'd recommend this apartment community to anyone!!!
