We would like to thank Mahla for the great job she did on my husband's jacket. Right from the beginning Mahla was very kind and professional as well as honest. We thought we would have to replace the zipper, with some assurance over the phone from Mahla, she stated, the problem didn't appear to be as bad as we thought.
