This is a terrible place to work. A horrible working environment. Expect to see your hours constantly changing. There's no consistency with the schedule. The floor support and supervisors all seem to be irritated and unwilling to help. Don't expect anyone to take a supervisor call for you. CSR reps always seem to add something to the customers account without the cust knowing just for sake of commission. This may be due to the fact the place wants you to sell something after a customer just complained 20 min about something that wasn't their fault. This is a very shady place to work and don't expect friendly customers you'll get about 5 really angry cust every day. Expect to take up to 40 calls per day with upset customers than try to sell them something after they have told you they only make so much money per month. This place is for the cold hearted and soulless individual. To exceed you have to be very deceitful to others. Thanks Afni for the worst job I ever had!

The supervisors are not too much to speak of. A lot of them lack people skills and patience. They speak of Afni as a family but it is far from that unless you are making the company above average money almost immediately. Very fake values.

They will mess up your hours and take months to fix it. They constantly change your goals for making bonus. You're always getting yelled at by some of the most idiotic customers you'll ever speak to. HOWEVER! The coaches know and understand all of this. They'll be supportive of you as long as you're actually doing your job. It does not take much effort to get pay raises or promotions. As long as you show up for work and actually do your job, the only qualms will be with the customers.

This is such a GREAT place to work they teach you SOOOOOO much information! and all the computers are black ( i think thats fantastic) the main reason I started working here is because I really liked there parking lot theres plenty of room for me to park my double wide trailer.
