Founded in 1985, Sunbelt Structures is a full-service highway and heavy civil construction company. It specializes in state, county and local government bridge and roadway construction services. The company also constructs pedestrian bridges, interchanges, culverts, walls and dams. It services include engineering and design, construction management, and project development and planning. Sunbelt Structures employs more than 200 full-time permanent individuals and operates a fleet of company-owned heavy construction equipment. The company clients include the Virginia Commonwealth Department of Transportation, Aamco Paving Contractors, AGC Construction Services, Aiken Grading Company, Ferrell Wilkerson Grading, R.M. Williams Contracting Company and Wright Brothers Construction Company.
