I live within walking distance of this fairly new salon. I've been there twice and after only two visits, I've decided not to go back unless it is an absolute emergency (e.g. all other nail shops closed, or a nail repair before an important event). Each time that I went, there were only two nail techs, so I was unlucky enough to get the same person twice. The first time that I went, I got a fill in with gel polish. I had minor cuts accross my cuticles and under my nails from the tech when she was trying to shape the acrylic. Then when she applied the gel polish (which they charge extra for), the coats were streaked and uneven. I left there thinking, not all salons know how to do gel polish, so next time I'll try something else. This final time I got a fill in and regular polish. I had to keep asking the nail tech to apply more acrylic in certain spots where I could still see my natural nail, needless to say that by day three, my nails were chipped and breaking. Highly disappointed!
