I have been a patient for about 15 years, as the other review states, this practice is a throwback to the days of long ago. I love the doctor however the support staff is very cold and uncaring, after 15 years I am having to straighten out an insurance nightmare for the past 6 months with absolutely no help from the staff, no returned phone calls and deceitful answers when I do get them on the phone. Change the staff and I'll come back...:(

Wonderful caring people similar to the old General Practitioners we used to know. I have been using them for about 11 years.
