The owner is so friendly and very passionate about making sure my mother is taken care of just as if she was his own. The aides he hires are the most compassionate and detail oriented people that I have ever met and they always do those little things for my mother that means the most. The other agencies I called treated me like I was just another dollar in their pockets but Mr. Brown talked to me for no less than 45 minutes and answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail and he was not pushy at all. I highly recommend this company to everyone in need of personal care services for their loved ones. They are truly the "needle in the haystack" and I am thrilled I found them.
