Customer service is fine but workmanship is substantard. I had a simple hood repaint for rockchips and it looked fine in the day if you did not look at the right angle.At night it looked like coffee cream. I talked to the shop and first story was old respray paint sucked the chemicals out of new paint. Wait if you knew it was a respray which they did then why did they not seal it?Next story was shop forgot to buff it out. Left it with them and it was better but had noticeable buff marks and heavy swirlsmarks in it.At night it looks different and hazy then rest of car.This is a fine shop for a soceer mom who dents a fender and just wants insurance to take care of it but does not care so long as it shines. If you care about your car and only hand wash it and is your pride then run. It is funny because they promote themselfs as hotrod car guys what a joke !!!! If I was a shop owner and I saw this kind of workmanship going out the door I would have yanked it back into the shop and repaint
Not really sure about the 20 years, but it is close! Between myself, my wife and my three grown children we have used Tualatin Auto Body probably, a dozen times over the years. Every experience has been positive; the people are courteous and helpful and we have never been 'surprised' when it came time to pay the bill, if any! The work has always exceeded our expectations and they are not happy until you are satisfied! The owner and his wife are really big community boosters.
We have 4 drivers in our family and have used Tualatin Auto Body many times. We have never been disappointed over the years. They make sure we are always satisfied. Everyone is helpful and friendly from the owner to every employee we have had contact with.
