Founded by a pediatrician in the Northwest in 1911, The Children s Clinic provides physical, mental and social health care services to children, adolescents and young adults. It also offers 24-hour pediatrics advisory services for abdominal and sexual problems, child and alcohol abuse, allergy, anemia, anal fissure, anxiety, asthma and arthritis. The clinic provides information on the use of sunscreen and insect repellants and in-house laboratories for X-rays, as well as distributes various handouts containing information on food items and diseases. The Children s Clinic offers immunization and vaccine services, such as tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis, measles, hepatitis A and B, mumps, rubella and influenza for infants.
