My last attempt to use Staffmark was very disheartening. I was told I could not have negative work history (terminations) and that I needed at least the last six months of my last job to show positive employment. It seems that previous experiences don't count, only the LAST job. I used to work for Staffmark and was under the impression that they were VERY pleased with all the assignments to which they placed me, but this history was not taken into consideration. Perhaps management has changed because it was made clear they will not help me this time. :(

The women at this staffing agency are rude. They have thrown out different reasons as to why they can't help me. One of those reasons they stated was according to their policy-they cannot help you unless you have a previous 6 months of work history. (But at the time, being on unemployment was alright.) They told me the second time they couldnt help me because I've been on unemployment too long. They do not give people who need it the most a chance.
