General Info

Dr. Stevens was born in Los Angeles, California, and has lived in Long Island, New York, and St. Louis, Missouri before settling in Dayton, Ohio in 1982. His family all still live in Dayton, except for his sister who lives in Rochester, New York with her husband, and 4 sons who range in age from 9 years down to 3 years. He also has a younger brother who is a dentist. Dr. Chuck Stevens attended Oakwood High School, and then continued on at Miami University, where he majored in biology. At Miami, Dr. Stevens was in Chi Phi Fraternity, pre-dental club, and the golf club. Dr. Stevens received his dental degree from Ohio State University. After dental school he came to work for Dr. Bentley in January 1995. He moved to Tipp City in January 2001. In his spare time he likes to play golf, read, travel, and bike. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Dayton Dental Society, and Western Ohio Dental Society.
