These vets are definitely obviously more caring about the animals than the money. The Boght (sister) Clinic didn't charge us for the surgery when our dog died two years ago. This time we had to euthanize another dog. They put us in a private room and allowed us to stay as long as we needed. The cost including private cremation was only $232 and they didn't double the cost when she required extra doses of BOTH medications. They also didn't charge us for the follow-up visit the day after we had been to emergency clinic. They only charged us for the medication. They also appear to have 2 people (vet & aid?) present for all appointments - although these might be students.

I brought my kitty who has been very sick. The Vet, Dr. Boght took the time to explain everything and answer questions. He was kind and helpful, giving me the harsh truth about her chronic condition. Very fairly priced. Significantly cheaper than any other place I called.

This clinic is fantastic. I am a recent new patient and I first found the staff to be absolutely amazing! It is easy to tell that they truly care about their own animals as well all of their patients (including my new pup!). Prices are also very reasonable. Would recommend this clinic to anyone unhappy with their current vet!!

Tuesday 1/8/13 i brought my bunny to this place.I told the vet he has not ate or drank all day.Mucas coming from his but.The vet did the exam told me he was fine to give him pineapple juice.8 hours later my bunny died.I brought him back the next day to show this vet what happened. No compassion what so ever none.He did autopsy and is as told he was fine but dead. Then was never told i had to pay before he left to be cremated, and that the place where they bring him to do that the crematory was broken so my bunny would be sitting around for 2-3 weeks. No phone calls to me about any of this.I happen to call that night and then was informed.I went and got my bunny and when the girl gave him to me she thunked him so hard on the counter it was awful.I said is this the way you are handing him to me?You don"t have a box? This is not a place i would bring my pet rat if i had one.If you love your pet i beg you stay away from this place. My story with this place is not over yet.As i continue to fight.

Upon returning from a vacation on November 29 we were presented with a jaundiced, thinning cat. Dr. Anderson quickly diagnosed him with liver failure and blood work confirmed Hepatic Lipidosis. Over the next week I was glad to be able to bring my cat in for force feeding, relieving me from the strain of returning home during the day and giving us a break from the evening and morning feedings that we also had to do. I believe every single doctor was able to work with him on different days. I was very happy with the level of care and the measures taken with my cat. Ultimately he stopped accepting the force feeding and we chose to halt it in order to give him a few peaceful days before putting him down last night. Even that painful process was very well handled. The whole process, including the private room and exit, made it so much easier to accept. I cannot recomend this facility, or its sister facility any more highly and I will be back.
