      The Eddy Visiting Nurse Association, also known as Eddy VNA, provides a range of nonmedical, home-based support services. It offers skilled home care solutions for individuals with HIV. The association provides services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Eddy Visiting Nurse Association administers the Eddy AIDS Care Team Program. It also offers child care, transportation and spiritual services. The association has received the 1996 Human Services Program of the Year Award from the Community Foundation of the Capital Region. The Eddy Visiting Nurse Association additionally administers the AIDS Long-Term Home Health Care Program. It is a part of Northeast Health.
