NEGATIVE STARS due to Unprofes...

No stars due to inability to receive any services that I paid for and constant cancellation and rescheduling of my appt as well as unprofessionalism. I had to wait from the time I bought my massage in June to December just to schedule my massage (which the earliest date was in February). I had my appt cancelled and rescheduled 3 times for the same time slot that kept popping up as available soon after it was cancelled. The final time my appt was cancelled, she called me the day before my appt to schedule a time to call me back to reschedule my massage. She never called me back. I tried to call her back to reschedule but she did not return my phone calls.
