I have been a customer of Diamond Springs for several years now and I must say the service is great. We have always been provided with a quality product and on time delivery. They even have an automated phone system to remind you of when to put out your bottles. Im a very satisfied customer and highly recommend. Jeff Bruno

as an employee of 8 years i would never consume the water from there bottling plant,nothing in the plant is even up to new yorks health codes,the bottling machine is so outdated they would be better rinsing the bottle out with a hose,i was there and remember the bottles that came in reeking of diesal fuel instead of throwing the bottle out we were told to send them through the machine anyway and sure enough people got really sick the news channels were making visits to diamond spring water asking them what had happend and of course we were told not to let any new channel filom the inside of the plant,so if your water has a little taste of urine,gas,stale beer ETC you know it came from diamond spring water
