An envelope containing an $80 check got damaged and the check got lost. I'm now trying to call the post office and keep receiving a busy tone.

I just called the Troy Post Office to inquire about a piece of mail, and I got the rudest most attitude having person I ever delt with on the phone. I even asked her politely to stop the attitude and she basically told me NO. All I called for was to see if I had any mail there and I got treated like I was a 6yr old kid who just colored on the wall. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED AND I WILL NOT USE THE TROY POST OFFICE AGAIN FOR MY PERSONNAL OR BUSINESS NEEDS!!!
