Troy Buchanan High School is a public institution that offers educational and extracurricular programs to students in grades nine through 12. More than 1,800 students are enrolled in the school. It offers subjects, such as English, American history, computer science, business, technology, mathematics, social studies, science, health and physical education, music and art. It also offers a variety of sporting activities, including baseball, basketball, cross country, football, golf, soccer, tennis, track, wrestling, softball and volleyball. The parent-teacher association involves parents in a number of community activities to aid the educational process. The school is affiliated with the Lincoln County R-3 School District and is located in Troy, Mo.
