Very pleased with my visit today to the Troy branch. I got to the branch before they opened in hopes i could get my auto loan payed off and a release of the lien done in time to still make it to work. One of the associates (Joshua Bennett) asked if he could help me and actually got the process started before the bank had officially opened which made it possible for me to pay the teller bring him the receipt and pick up the release of lien document all in about 10 minutes and was able to make it to work with time to spare.
