Don't believe everything you read. Especially if the review is full of misspelled words. We purchased a 125cc Tao Tao today from this company. They were VERY professional and helpful. All of the staff we encountered were avid atv riders and they were more than knowledgeable about all of the inventory. Chris explained all about how to maintain it and he even helped load it into our truck. And yes, there also was a female working and she was also very knowledgeable and professional. We would highly recommend this company.

Biggest disappointment by far. Troy IL store is a joke, you have a young lady running around the store flirting with all the guys and a guy in his 40's you could tell he was aggravated with her lack of professionalism came to help. He apologized for her behavior and was willing to help. The showroom was tiny and all we could here was this young lady laughing loudly and noone was answering the phones, the man helping us was trying to do both jobs. We ask if someone could help us test drive a Odes he said yes, as we waited a short young bald man came out to help and was said well are you gonna buy it, if not I am not doing test ride. We thought he was joking, until the young lady came out and began laughing and said sorry you have to buy it first and walked away... WOW...all we wanted was to see if it ran to spend that kind of money. The older guy was so apologetic and could tell he was embarrassed. Shame on you Wholesale ATV, may wanna get some professionals working there not rude childish from whom you call employees. Another couple was in their with their child and said WOW, NO WAY WERE BUYING FROM HERE EITHER. GUESS EVERY SHOP HAS A SHOP GIRL AND CLEARLY WHOLESALE HAS 1 FOR THE ENTIRE SHOP TO SHARE. We went to ST CHARLES Powersports and funny enough the couple we seen at Wholesale ATV we saw their to. We purchased a Z Force UTV and paid cash and ended up buying 2 scooters to for our camper from St Charles Powersports. The other couple purchased as well from St Charles location. Purchased a new utv even though I never heard of odes utvs before & it's been over two years now & still has not skipped a beat. I brought it in recently for new mud tires & a lift kit & I don't know how anyone could say anything bad to say about them... That's coming from someone who has owned polaris yamaha etc & none of them have held up to the quality of these UTV's & the service you get, The Techs know more then any tech I have ever spoke to at any dealership.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM GIVE THEM A TRY YOU WON'T BE DISSAPOINTED!!!

Awesome Service. Bought two UTV's from them, & one ATV over the last 3 years. I wanted to wait & see how they turned out before I wrote them a review. Staff was very helpful, very nice, make you feel like family, they make sure you are informed of everything there is to know or you may ever need to know before purchase & before you leave, They are very eager to help, have awesome after customer service, & you can tell everyone there loves there jobs. I especially want to give them a big Thanks to Casey because we lost one our titles & needed it for the bank to sign off on it when we paid off our loan, They had me a new one in my mailbox in less than a week. Purchased a moped from there. Said it was ready to go. Broke down within the first 20 miles of riding it. Also, headlights do not work. Took the moped back to them for repair. Didn't repair it and told us they had to order a light kit.. 3 weeks later, no light kit ordered and it has broke down 5 times with only 300 miles on it. The company does not stand behind their product. Extremely dissatisfied.

They advertise 100 bikes in stock and only 10 min from the arch. After deciding to go out there I realized the drive was much further and the selection was not what they claimed.
