The facility is licensed by the State Health Department as a Skilled Nursing Facility. Troy Health and Rehabilitation Center features both private and semi-private rooms. All beds are certified for Medicare, Medicaid and Private Pay. Troy Health and Rehabilitation Center accepts hard to place residents such as those with a tracheostomy, dialysis, IV antibiotics, tube feedings, head injuries, decubitus, oxygen dependence and dementing illnesses (i.e. Alzheimer's Disease).

Business History

Starting out as a 50 bed facility, Troy Health and Rehabilitation Center opened its doors on June 10, 1969. After more than 38 years there have been many improvements and expansions at Troy Health and Rehabilitation Center. Today we have grown to a 234 bed capacity facility with a specialized unit for Alzheimer's residents. The staff strives to make Troy Health and Rehabilitation Center the leading long-term care facility in the state unequaled by any other facility.
