Most horrible excuse for cable company ever, they have no tech help, it involves you calling a number and leaving a message, many times I have done this they didnt even bother to call back. Also my internet doesnt work if its cold, so every single night for 8-9 hours i have no internet, they are aware of this and have done nothing! They wont even respond! They bought out the other company we did have,which had great service.But we had no choice but to deal with a monopoly and horrible service.NOT recommended, stay away!

Good quality internet, phone, and tv. However, the service technicians are rude and abrasive. The ladies who collect the monthly fees in the office are consistently intimidating. There is only one lady in the office who tries to treat you with respect. Their prices keep creeping up each year, and they never let you know that there has been or will be an increase. If you do deal with them, try to get in and out as quickly as possible. However, they know that in order to hook you, they have to hurt your feelings. And they hire professional heart-choppers to get the job done. Then the owner tries to act like he is going to do something if you try to complain, but he knows they are treating people like that. That is why he hired them. Like I said, if you do use them, try to get in and out as quickly as possible, and use automatic bank drafts to pay them. Believe you me, if you go in to the office or call customer service, you will get your feelings hurt, sooner or later!
