I would not recommend anyone living at Troy Place. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. The apartment was not cleaned before moving in like they were supposed to; the walls were not painted and there were cob webs all over the place. It is not a safe place, there are no lights in the parking lots at night. It takes forever for maintenance to come fix something when asked. The internet is not "high speed", and sometimes not very reliable. Yes, they are fully furnished, with ugly, worn down furniture. The couch in my apartment had several holes and stains. They don't allow pets. Our apartment was broken into twice and the staff was not sympathetic or helpful in dealing with this problem. I personally don't think this is worth $375 at all. There are a ton of other really nice places to stay in Troy for that kind of money and less.
