Not much has been handled correctly since we opened a small business account with Bank of America. Now, fees have been taken out of the account for business equipment we didn't order which put us in the red. We continue to get overdraft fees and threats of more fees. There is no money to buy supplies and this is the third week ongoing. I've contacted merchant services and they promised to straighten out the mess a week ago. They are ruining us.
