The hotel has a nice kitchen, but you have to bring your own utensils, cooking items, and pans. We ended up spending more money to get things to cook in than we would have saved and that was the whole reason we stayed here. The room was carpeted and the carpet was STICKY! Gross! The beds were terrible too. They were only a mattress on a bed frame and so they slipped off the metal frame whenever your tried to sit. They overbooked the room we were supposed to get, with a bed and a couch, so we got "upgraded" to two beds. I wanted a couch for a reason! The window sill was falling off the window and the bathroom floor was held together with gorilla glue. We were there for 4 nights and they never once emptied our trash, brought us new towels, or brought us more toilet paper. We had to walk down to ask for toilet paper and even then, the person at the desk was pretty rude about giving it to us. The room was supposed to be for 4 people, but they only gave us 2 towels. There was no binder or information, so we weren't even sure when checkout was. We waited until the front desk opened and were told that there was no formal checkout, so we wasted time that we could have been driving home. I've filled out 2 reviews that went directly to the company and haven't heard anything back about my complaints. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy!

It can be prohibitively expensive to stay at a hotel for an extended period of time----particularly when a conventional nightly rate can run anywhere from $80-$120---so I'm happy to have discovered the value of my dollar at Value Place in Trophy Club. My particular room had a full refridge/freezer, microwave oven, sink, and two stove-top burners. It had high-speed internet (for add. $10/wk), and a cooling/heating/fan unit with some good horsepower. My shower provided hot water for a good duration and a nice stream, to boot. Value Place has a good security feature in that there is only interior access to hallways thru select doors (monitored by cameras) that are opened by sliding your room key card. I should note for people who may have back problems that my particular bed ("full-size") lacked the traditional box of springs underneath the mattress. Overall, the management & staff were very friendly and solution-oriented, and they keep the property clean and safe. I will return.

The staff was courteous and always helpful. If ever there was something I needed or a question I needed answered, they were prompt to respond. I would recommend this Value Place to anyone needing a long-term place to stay in the DFW Metroplex.

i stayed for a month and have nothing but good things to say about all who work there and their service is top notch. super clean rooms-great internet speeds-good security-friendly and almost family like employees!

Last month I needed an extended stay hotel pretty close to Southlake and Keller TX, with clean rooms,internet and a great rate. This VP got everything I needed ! Plus a friendly staff. This week I gladly comeback for another couple of weeks and very kindly property manager Katherine Koontz took care again of me.

We were recently relocated to Southlake and my wife and I stayed at the Value Place Trophy Club hotel. When we got there the real estate company had a problem with our contract and we couldn't move into our house for 4 weeks. What we thought was going to be a major inconvenience turned out to be a very nice experience. We used the discount passes at the Solana fitness center and got very comfortable in our temporary home. If you demand cleanliness, safety and the best deal in town this is your place.
