Founded in 1957, Trinidad State Nursing Home provides a range of medical care services for the residents of southeastern Colorado. It is a 150-plus-bed skilled nursing facility that features a laboratory, beauty shop and family rooms. The facility offers respite and wound care services. Trinidad State Nursing Home also provides rehabilitation programs. The facility administers several adult day care programs. It also offers health monitoring, socialization, recreational and transportation solutions. In addition, Trinidad State Nursing Home provides on-site physician and dietary services.
