They are horrible. I have been in the apartment for 4 days without heat, water, gas and then when the maintenance people came and turned the gas on, they didn't check to see if my heat and hot water was working. I have a 10 month old son, and who wants to live in an apartment for the first 4 days with space heaters and no hot water. They are horrible and I will not be renewing my lease. They are very lazy on the job and then when I got ready to wash my clothes my new washing machine was leaking water everywhere. JA

Their negligence killed my cat! A month after moving in I got a cat, and immediately he was assaulted by fleas. I bought bug bombs, flea bath, flea collar and everything else you could think of. I didn't understand where they were coming from. My cat got so sick I had to have him put down. About a week after he was gone, I was sitting in my kitchen on the computer and heard a weird sound from under my dishwasher. Didn't think much of it since it had been running at the time. The next morning I woke up when I heard a noise like something breaking coming from the kitchen. I heard more sounds from under it. Long story short, I had not 1 but 2 possums living under my dishwasher, all because when they decided to upgrade with dishwashers they didn't check the installers work! Fleas, Possums, Roaches, Camel Crickets, horrible management and maintenance. Drafts, horrible paint job, BAD neighborhood. If I could go back, I would NEVER have moved here!

Rent is the cheapest around, BUT you are getting what you pay for. Pros are the nice layout of having a front proch and back porch/deck. Kitchen is a decent size, little bigger than most apartments. Now, the cons are mostly everything else. You can hear your neighbor above you. Major Roaches. I don't total understand if its a couple buildings or what. I have friends who have lived there for years and they don't have roaches. We were very clean and kept all food in airtight containers, but i would still see at least 2 a day crawling on the floor or counter or wherever. The paint is about 8 layers thick and is peeling off the doors and walls. The windows are old and thin. We covered them in plastic in the winter, and they would puff up so big from the amount of cold air coming through. The rooms are a little small. Over all it wasn't that bad except for the roaches. We could not get rid of them. The lady above us has lived there for like 20 years, so i figured there was no hope.

When you call them, they never answer their phone, when you have a maintenance problem, it takes several days before anyone comes out. major roach infestation in the apartments, exterminator comes out, but roaches remain.
